This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and has an open fresh feel with the cool color palette and vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare favorite recipes while entertaining new friends and a separate dining area for a more formal feel. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a nice flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The den is a great place to get away for some quiet time and offers a desk and pull out sofa for those last minute guests enjoyment. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The enclosed lanai offers plenty of comfortable seating all year round and is a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold beverage before heading out to the town square and dance the night away or just kicking back with new friends and grilling.

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
