"Overall, a 5 star experience. A very sweet, bijou & well presented cottage, a short walk from Newlyn’s amenities & excellent eateries and, within walking distance of Mousehole. The cottage has a wood-burning stove, supplied with a generous basket of logs, though we topped up with our own supply - it heated the place quickly and made it very cosy. "The best welcome at reception to a short-break possible; carried on by every member of staff. Not experienced such a warm and friendly staff crew in a long time. Parking was easy, something we dread in Cornwall, and reasonably priced at £10 per night. Our room (Jubilee) was clean and bright and spacious. Very large balcony with great views over St Michael’s Mount and the bay. The dining area, split into two: seaside traditional and seaside modern was lovely; with views from pretty much all of the tables. The sharing or starter plates were all interesting, we managed most of them over two nights. A brilliant little hotel, highly recommended. "
