The Lakes Barcelo Bavaro Golf Course

I was very disappointed with our stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana. I arranged a birthday room celebration for my son days in advance, but it was never done, even after I followed up several times. No one apologized or really took responsibility. Service at some restaurants, especially Isla, was also frustrating. We were often told, “I’m not your waitress,” and I had to get up several times to get our own drinks. We also felt some waitresses were noticeably unhappy if they didn’t receive a tip. On Saturday, one of the pools was very dirty and even had something in the water that looked like vomit. For a resort at this level and price, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and communication.

Great hotel staff very very friendly and helpful at all times! The property its amazing it has everything you need to disconnect from the outside world! The entertainment team leader (red) was amazing super nice attitude and great energy i would love to come back soon to this magnificent place
