A very pleasant surprise considering the grumpy post I saw before my arrival. I’ve never had such a helpful and delightful front desk staff. I was uncharacteristically needy this trip and they took time to go beyond every time. Stay here

A very nice hotel. Centrally placed within the old part of the Hague. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But for a four star hotel I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge to be standard! Breakfast was excellent with ample choice to suit most tastes. We would be happy to stay there again should we revisit the Hague.

Travelled solo, Room was clean but somewhat stingey with the pillows! Shower was powerful but the shower leaked water out under the door, where the doors didn’t meet the shower tray. Not a huge amount of storage in the room but sufficient for a solo traveller Clean, safe and easy to find. Good location for Grot Markt station
