A/C was turned off before we got in room and was extremely hot. It took about 8 hours to cool room down to a decent temperature. No one except very strong and agile individuals should attempt to get to top floor as steps very very steep and narrow. The breakfast compared to other hotels on our trip was terrible. Staff though were very nice
Centrally located next to a canal of Old Delft, we got a studio with a kitchenette which we used to fix breakfast. Very nice overall. We were in the annex 1 street over, so I can't comment about the main hotel.

Rooms need updating. Very stained carpet.
Otherwise , room was clean. Great area
Very nice room overlooking the canal. During the day / evening the room was perfect. (But at night the streets could be loud ... ) Loved its central location. Nitpick is no electric kettle (of course they didn't say there would be ... so this is more a suggestion of how to improve).
Attic room was large. No AC so open windows let in noisy drinking crowd sounds at 2 AM. . .Stairs narrow steep winding very short foot area--dangerous. No help taking luggage to attic room. Toiletries very tiny, insufficient for 2 people. No indication of WiFi code in the room. No tea bags supplied w the kettle.

Room for improvement
We were in the top floor with a kitchen and a canal view. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. However, it had no wifi - the manager said we could use the one in the lobby (which is in a different building) but it wasn’t great either. It was also extremely noisy every night until late. And the manager asked 5 euros to leave our bags in the lobby after check out (not even in a secure room). The kitchen had a few basic ustensiles but not nearly enough to cook a meal.
What a great stay we had! I was a little worried as this was a new place for us, and we have had some nightmare places to stay before on our travels, but we are happy to say that this was NOT one of them. We stayed in the little apartment, and everything was great. There was a little kitchen with everything that you would need... a private bathroom, a lounge room with a tv, a dining table where we all sat and played cards one night and a bedroom above that with lovely crisp clean sheets. It was nice being in central delft town Itself so it's a short walk to everything, just watch out for the bicycles! The gentleman who was at the desk was very friendly.Helpful.Spoke very good english and made us feel welcome. There was no bad odor in the apartment. As you would understand some places do have that bad odor but I am happy to report. There is no bad odor whatsoever. Would I stay there again absolutely? In fact, I i'm looking to book very soon. Thankyou.
The a/c was broken (for years, according to comment by staff). Two fans were provided.

Pleasant little hotel, but in need of a bit of a refresh. Looking a bit sad and tired. Breakfast definitely not up to standard at 15 euros a head. No tea/coffee or milk in the room, empty fridge, just not very impressive.
We did not know that the appartment was in another street, it was not well cleaned. There was only one chair on the terras, we could not sit on the couch. The breakfast was also very poor, black boiled eggs and the milk in the capucino was sour.
Excellent location, great service, nice cute hotel
Really great service, friendly staff, excellent location in the center of town. We had a really big room on the 3rd floor with 2 levels and 4 beds. Nice comfy bed and good views out the window. Bathroom and room was a bit small, but for a couple was still really nice and cozy
We were three couples who stayed in an annex that included kitchenette for each apartment and a sitting area. It was perfect for our group. Breakfast was typical Dutch: coffee machine, fresh cheese and cold cuts, fresh breads. Be aware they have a short cancellation period.
Rooms are in different properties for this accommodation. We were able to book 3 couples in our own “house”, which was made up of single loft bed areas, sitting area on second floor, kitchenette and large bathroom on third floor. Worked out great for us because we had area in any unit to be able to congregate, play games, etc. Breakfast was “down the street” but it was good and staff was helpful and kind.
Great location to explore Delft. Room was very tired and needs upgrade. Kitchen cooking utensils in poor shape or not included such as coffee maker. At times no hot water in the morning.

We chose Bridges House for its location, which truly was the highlight of our stay. After check-in, we were directed to a studio apartment on the next street over, facing one of the canals- a lovely setting in theory.
The apartment itself, however, didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness and overall functionality felt lacking, and it was not cozy whatsoever. The space is spread across three levels- the kitchen and toilet on the bottom floor, living area in the middle, and bedroom at the top- which made it feel disjointed and inconvenient to move between spaces. The couches were also boxy and uncomfortable, making it hard to relax.
While we appreciated the spacious bathroom, the layout meant walking through the kitchen and living area after showering to get to the bedroom and our belongings.
We also paid to store our luggage after checkout, which was helpful, but when we returned, it appeared to be left unattended in the open lobby, which didn’t feel very secure.
We were initially drawn to this hotel because of its history as an old artist’s house, but since our accommodation was located off-site, that aspect didn’t feel relevant to our stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance.
We would absolutely recommend visiting Delft—it’s a charming and beautiful town—but we would not list this hotel as a must-stay.
It was superbly located close to the centre and convenient for everything. Perfectly comfortable but we had to take our recycling to a neighbouring bin. We also never quite managed to get shower gel, although plenty of body lotion was provided! But that was such a small matter and we loved our stay nevertheless.

My room was a bit warm. The drainage water system was stuck. Water was not going down drained making water stay still while taking a shower.
