We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vita! The room was very spacious, had a beautiful skylight and huge bed. Also the AC worked well even in a heat wave. The staff were also very polite and accommodating. There is also a mini fridge available in the room and we were able to request a clothing iron.

Not sure where to start never stayed in a hotel room that was a through route to the fire escape , so when all the lights were off at night the room lights up bright green from the fire escape signs, on BOTH doors that you can’t do anything about . The bed sheets were stained and old and balled up the window ledge had a huge whole in it. There is no reception you must ring a number taped to the door (it has a 0 to many in the number) , the photos on Expedia show the downstairs restaurant as the reception, but it isn’t it’s closed till evening. Only positives the man that showed us to the room was polite and the bathroom was nice.

De locatie was top in het centrum! Kamer zelf was ruim maar wel met mankementen. Stukjes van het nachtkastje, behang los, schimmel in badkamer. In de badkamer stonk het naar rook. Bed was overigens wel heerlijk en groot!

Weinig support personeel. Op kamer een waterkoker die niet deed en koffieapparaat weigerde ook dienst. Geen mogelijkheid voor ontbijt. Stond wel als optie in de website. Toen we weggingen niemand aanwezig. Wel goed bed! En schoon!

A acomodação atendeu às expectativas, mas tivemos dificuldade em acessar a rua após acordar, pois a porta destinada a esse acesso nos apresentou dificuldades para abri-la, e a recepção como estava tb fechada, não tivemos a quem apelar.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön und durch die kleine Größe und lokale Lage einfach perfekt und heimlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nicht nur was das Hotel anging, sondern auch im Restaurant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wow! Tolles Zimmer mit einem riesigen Wohn.- und Badebereich. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und haben sogar unser Gepäck ins Zimmer gebracht. Ausstattung inklusive Kaffeemaschine, Safe und Kühlschrank (leer). Die Lage war perfekt und wir hatten eine kostenlosen Parklatz um die Ecke. Vielen Dank nochmal.
