"I gave an overall 2stars because of all the amenities inside and right outside the doors. The other reason I gave a 2star because the reception at the desk refunded me my resort fee after I asked about being refunded for the room. As soon as you walk in the staff will hound down about attending a 1.5hrs time share presentation for the Hilton. It was very annoying to be asked 9 times after clearly saying no thank you and we were asked every time we walked through that entrance way. They lack staff so of course the staff can’t be their best because they’re overwhelmed. Literally one staff member trying to help 6 different parties at the self check-in kiosks and no one at the check in desk. Literally one person at the “VIP” desk (if that’s what you want to call it) and that person continuously has a long line so of course they just have to work fast not welcoming or extra accommodative. The room was dusty; it disturbed my allergies. The bath tub was visibly dirty, towels were not white and the bathroom had hair from the previous stayers so that all instantly gave eeeehhyuck!! The bathroom is extremely small; basically a small person’s size. The drawers were broke on the tv stand; the 2 top drawers were open when we walked in and didn’t stay closed. Thank God my husband and I only booked the room at the end of our vacay to sit our luggage in while we hung out on freemont street waiting for our flight. We only needed the room for 10hrs but we ended leaving early. Don’t recommend!"

"Clean room and the staff were excellent. We had to cut or stay short due to death in the family and the front desk staff where so kind and we also was refunded the two days back which was again so kind. We will recommend the Plaza to family and friends."

"It was ok liked the fact that the monorail connection was there. But besides that the food selection was ok not impressed the rooms not impressed either even though we stayed at the Alexandria tower which is supposed to be some kind of upgrade. Overall experience not impressed just ok. "
