"This was a wonderful location to stay. My wife and I stayed in a private room with a bath on the 4th floor. We enjoyed the style in which the property was decorated. Having the bar downstairs was appreciated and the location on the Royal Mile could not be better. We were in the middle of everything but the noise from the street was never a problem. I would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. Grteat staff and great location to the attractions and Waverly station. Breakfast was good. Just be prepared for the loud music until 3am from Three Sisters Bar. This was not a major issue for us."

"Loved being “in the heart of it all”! Great location. Downfall was our hotel room was in a different “part” of the hotel where we had to cross over, go up a level and then cross again. It was a maze to find our room 😆 but loved the location!!"

"The room was clean, new, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient if you are taking a train or returning a rental car. Very close to Waverly Station."

"Fantastic location, very close to the tram and a huge mall with lots of restaurants and a much needed pharmacy. Plus there’s a grocery close and many sights were within walking distance. The breakfast was also very convenient."

"We stayed in room 902 and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, quiet, spacious, and even had it's own turret up a small set of stairs with immaculate views. We had breakfast each day with the hotel and the spread is great. The hotel's location is perfect as it's right across the street from Waverly station and there's an elevator from Market Street to get you to the lobby without having to take stairs with all your baggage. We also used the Airlink 100 bus to get to the airport at the end of the trip which was an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this hotel; I highly recommend."
