"Rooms were not soundproofed and we didn’t get any of the “daily housekeeping” they said they provided. Shower was nice, beds were comfortable enough. Woke up to ferry traffic every morning. Staff did not feel very welcoming, almost felt like a bother. Probably won’t be back. "

"If you want any sound insulation, this is not the hotel for you. There children screaming and running laps up and down the halls starting at 7:30am and until 9:30pm, making the room shake. I don’t know what the people upstairs were doing, but we could also hear every footstep. The staff couldn’t keep up with the volume of people, so there clothes strewn everywhere, bandaids on the floor, and a mask in the bathroom of the pool area. The hot tub is small, so be ready to get cozy with your 10 new best friends. Breakfast was impossible to get to, with a hoard of children clamouring over the small food area with no seats in sight. The hotel room itself was fine, but not worth almost $200/night with taxes."
