"The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. I had hoped to get a parking spot at the hotel. I wasn't aware that the spots are limited and you have to reserve a spot. With all of the one way streets, it is very frustrating to get to the parking garages. But the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Ghent is an amazing place!"

The only criticism was that the rooms were a bit dark which may be due to the age of the hotel which was otherwise imoeccibly maintained. Overall, however, great stay. "

"Very good hotel in the heart of Ghent. The staff were very hyelpful, the newly updated room was very comfortable. Location perfect on edge of the historic centre. Room comfotable and spacious, great shower and bathroom. Very good tea and coffee. Nice to have had a sofa in the room and small table. Parking under the hotel is convenient and safe. Breakfast was perfect, a buffet with everything you would hope for."
