A high chair, children’s games, and books are also available.
Outside, a 1,700 m² private garden features Mediterranean plants, fruit trees, ancient olive trees, 3 balconies, an open terrace, and a private outdoor pool open from April to November. Take in stunning views of the sea and mountains, including the Gulf of Palermo, Capo Zafferano, Cefalù, and the Aeolian Islands. Relax in your private hot tub, use the outdoor shower, or cook with the barbecue.
On-site parking for multiple cars is available, and 1 pet is welcome. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided, and the beach is nearby.
The villa offers underfloor heating and a fireplace throughout. Shuttle services to the airport and station are available on request for an extra fee. Enjoy homemade products such as olive oil, jam, honey, vegetables, fruit, and local herbs. Self check-in is available. For security, cameras monitor the perimeter areas.
