Fiquei hospedada no Resort Hotel Atlantic City Náutico Clube, com reserva feita pela Hoteis.com, e gostaria de relatar minha experiência, que infelizmente ficou muito abaixo do que foi prometido ou esperado.Logo após o check-in, me deparei com placas no hotel proibindo a entrada de produtos de fora, incluindo água mineral, alimentos e até itens do café da manhã. Isso não foi informado durante a reserva, e me causou desconforto — ainda mais considerando que a água servida é apenas em temperatura ambiente e o café da manhã é bastante limitado.Apesar de o hotel se apresentar como um resort, fui informada de que só poderia utilizar uma área de lazer, e no momento em que tentei usar a piscina, ela estava suja, o que me fez desistir da única área que eu havia escolhido. Também enfrentei problemas com o Wi-Fi, que não funcionou, e a TV no quarto só pegava canais locais antigos. O lençol era tão fino que mal cobria, e isso comprometeu completamente meu descanso. Relatei à recepção, e a resposta foi indiferente e não me ajudaram.Outro detalhe que me chamou atenção foi uma placa no quarto pedindo para economizar água e energia “para que os preços não aumentem”, o que soou como uma tentativa de transferir a responsabilidade financeira para o hóspede e eu nem sabia o quanto usar. Isso tudo enquanto o quarto apresentava móveis manchados, tomada danificada e estrutura precária, o que não condiz com o valor pago (R$ 217,00) — inclusive, esse valor foi maior do que o exibido na plataforma.

Experiência decepcionante e hotel muito longe

Café da manhã tinha produtos vencidos, apesar das fotos bem tiradas nao correspondem a realidade. Cama afundando além de nao ter cortina. Toalhas surradas. Papel higienico pouco, e largatixas no quarto. De fato uma so durei a noite e não a toa era o unico hospede do hotel.

Tudo no hotel é bom. Recepção das melhores,. pessoas bem dispostas, educadas e muito prestativas. Hotel com estacionamento fechado, espaçoso e bem próximo ao quarto. Acomodações bem espaçosas, limpas, com ante sala e varanda, incluindo banho quente. Café da manhã excelente e servido no quarto. Restaurante de muita qualidade com preço justo. Espaço na área de lazer faz jus ao nome, resort, muito lazer, academia, auditórios e espaço para crianças. Nota 10
