La ubicación es muy mala, difícil llegar, muy lejos del centro, en medio de un barrio popular y pegado a la carretera. Ni siquiera es Tepoztlán. En la página decía a 1 minuto del tepozteco y es mentira. El estacionamiento está afuera de la propiedad, como a 100 metros. Respecto a la habitación la única ventana que tiene da al pasillo, lo que le da cero privacidad y ventilación limitada. También se escucha cada vez que alguien pasa, abren y cierran puertas o platican. La regadera estaba tapada. Dicho esto, lo único positivo es que es limpio.para dormir de paso.

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor. Está bonito y las instalaciones bien. Limpias y con buen mantenimiento. Mi único comentario es en cuanto al servicios, el personal no es grosero, pero podrían ser más atentos.

Excelente opción para alojarse, fuimos dos personas. Para llegar al centro desde el hotel yendo en carro son alrededor de 15 minutos o menos. La habitación muy limpia, les recomiendo pagar el desayuno son muy rápidos en preparar los alimentos y está riquísimo. La alberca no pudimos hacer uso de ella ya que no le pega el sol directamente. Sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar aquí.

Muy lindo hotel. Limpio y cómodo. El personal muy atento. La alberca HELADA. Esa área no se puede disfrutar porque no da mucho sol y no te puedes meter a la alberca. No hay espacio para disfrutar en el jardín. Está muy chico. Es un hotel para ir a dormir.

Al llegar no nos informaron que no había luz hasta después de realizar el pago. Posteriormente llego la luz por la noche. Sin embargo, no pudimos descasar debido al excesivo ruido que había por parte de otros huéspedes a pesar de que las normas mencionaban no ruido excesivo y no uso de la alberca (la cual estaba enfrente de nuestra habitación) posterior a las 21:00 hrs y estuvieron hasta pasadas las 2:00 am con mucho ruido

El hotel es tal cual se ve en las fotos que publican, esta limpio y lindo, aunque un poco anticuado en el interior de las habitaciones. La atención del personal es muy amable. En auto, estas a 10-15 minutos del centro.
