I’m general the property was really good, personnel and the place makes me feel comfortable. I just want to notice about the entrance and surroundings that it was a little difficult and it was in bad conditions

Hv to say that staff was so very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant. However, when I asked for my upgrade, I was told that was not availability, even though the hotel occupancy was not even 50% of the total occupancy., so they dont wanted to upgrading my room. My room first day no HOT WATER, next day 3 roaches, one in my bedroom and 2 in the shower, so disgusting. Mosquito net completely damage-broken. Place is nice but I will not repeat for booking and staying there.

The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a good time in the pool and the food services were good enough to meet our needs when we used it. Overall I feel like it was a bit of a roller coaster with all the ups and downs, with the things we were noticing and experiencing during our visit to this property. But I think we ended up enjoying it more than disliking it. We had a good time as a family here.

My stay was great, but I have to upgrade my room. The room the hotel gave me first was tiny and with a tiny window. When I booked in Hotels.com, the hotels was described as “superior” which it didn’t have anything to be superior. The staff told me that was the lowest price room, and if I wanted better I have to pay, which I did. It was disappointing that the advertising was not accurate!

Me pareció una tarifa muy alta para la habitación que ocupamos. Le falta limpieza, particularmente el piso. El espejo del baño incómodo porque no estaba en el centro, solo en los laterales. Además a las 7 am, nos despertó el llanto de un bebé, no hay buen aislamiento de ruidos.

Cuando me acosté en la cama, había vidrios y me corté el pie. Si llegó alguien a atenderme, pero en ningún momento de parte del hotel me trataron de dar algo que compensara ese mal momento. Como siempre el ganar ganar. Y eso habla muy mal de la administración del hotel. No sé un café gratis algo que yo dijera que hicieron para equilibrar el daño. Y no por que lo quiera, simplemente atención y también en la regadera había pedazos de vidrio.

Nuestra experiencia en Alilo Hotel fue excepcional de principio a fin. Las instalaciones están impecables; cada área del hotel refleja un gran cuidado por la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la comodidad de los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y muy confortables, ideales tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de la estancia. Uno de los aspectos que más nos impresionó fue la atención del personal. Todo el equipo fue sumamente amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos en todo momento. Atención y servicio de primera, desde el acceso y recepción hasta la salida. Especial mención a la atención recibidas por parte de Héctor y al servicio y atención de Edgar. Realmente un lugar para disfrutar y relajarse. El único pero, es la admisión de mascotas ya que rompe con la tranquilidad y disfrute del lugar.

Estuvimos en pareja algunos días en compañía de nuestra mascota :) disfrutamos los días de descanso, el servicio y atención por parte de todos fue excelente. Nos hospedamos en una habitación que ofrecía vista al Tepozteco, aunque realmente es una VISTA PARCIAL, y el balcón da al estacionamiento. Independientemente de este punto la habitación cumplió nuestras expectativas. Otro punto importante para nosotras es la gran cantidad de niños que hubo, al ser un hotel pequeño y con una sola alberca no esperábamos que hubiese tantas visitas por Day Pass. Pero bueno entendemos que no es un hotel exclusivo para Adultos. Sería un lugar a que regresaríamos :)
