Signal wasn't great but WiFi provided so was able to connect. Can get a bit noisy on evenings but you're on a high street so now to be expected, plus the windows do a great job of blocking out sound. Really simple to get into apartment, just make sure you look for the sign as we walked right past it initially! The bed restricted the bathroom door from opening, the shower was broken on arrival and the staff weren’t in a hurry to get it fixed. The view from the window was a brick wall and the loose floor boards were extremely loud when trying to sleep. The doors in the hall way also slam shut which can be heard in the room too. "We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. We would particularly like to praise one of the bar staff who deserves recognition. The service received from him was truly exceptional. He was happy, pleasant, mannerly and nothing was a problem for him. We think his name is Gurpreet."

"We really like this hotel. Rooms are lovely, spacious, and all you need too. ( the carpet could do with a clean, it did not look its best).
Breakfast was brilliant, great choice to suit all tastes.
We had a dinner dance and the food was amazing.
Staff are very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
We will definetly come back.
