"My husband went to the door and spoke to the handyman when we arrived & found out he was there to fix a broken toilet flusher handle in one of the bathrooms. He also told us that we were there in the off season & won’t see anyone in the area except 2 families on a different road. After he fixed it we didn’t see him again. I never stepped foot inside both my husband and I fell outside on the steep stone steps at the 2nd step from the bottom & had to have the ambulance called to help me up. We...
