This is a former Diamond timeshare resort and so the facilities are above average, eg kitchen has an oven (studio apartment) and is like a home from home with members having a keen interest in maintaining the whole friendly ambience and appearance of the resort. We loved it. Location wise was great, however some might struggle with the sloping streets down to Fanabe beach.

Fantastic location in easy walking distance to superb beach and eateries. Glad the taxis appear to have got over whatever the problem with them was over new year so able to travel in to Las Americas easily.

Pool being renovated
I booked the Hotel through Hotel.com about 3 weeks before my 3 day stay at which time the pool was closed for renovation and Hotel.com failed to inform me when I booked, nice how they advertise it with a great big picture of the pool. The hotel did not have an option for guests to use an alternative pool, the grinding of tiles started about 07:45. Very disappointed

Additional Towel changes are available and can be arranged for a fee from Reception. Sorry you found the entertainment to be loud. We do advertise live entertainment at night.

I advise you to avoid this hotel - it is currently a building site with hammer drills used from 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday. When I booked, the hotel stated the pool area would be out of service due to renovation - but that is not my complaint. I arrived late on Saturday afternoon, and it was quiet on Sunday (no renovation work on Sundays). I left the hotel before 10am on Monday to drive to the north of the island. When I returned on Monday afternoon there was some noise, but it wasn't too bad. However, on Tuesday afternoon three workers were using hammer drills to remove the flooring directly in front of my apartment. The workers had ear protection, but it was too loud to be safe to sit outside. I complained about the noise at reception, and they did offer to try to find another room, but I declined - I was only staying one more day, and I would have to pack up everything, move it, and then unpack again, which is a lot of effort for 24 hours. Why did the hotel assign a room with a balcony directly in front of the place where the work was being done? What really annoyed me is there was no apology. I am sure the hotel will say I was informed about the renovations when I booked - this is true - but I was NOT informed that they would give me a room in the corner of the hotel where very loud drilling was happening on and off all through the day directly outside the room. This is very poor customer service. The accommodation was alright, but I will not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment facilities and staff were fantastic . Work was being done around the pool area but we knew about this when we booked . It didn’t spoil our stay.

Very well situated and close to beach. Very well maintained spotless everywhere staff excellent good service and very friendly and polite nice restaurant and pool area. Half term break
Very lovely second stay at RSB club. Accommodation lovely. Very high standards of cleanliness. Staff are lovely Daughter and family came to join us and given a really lovely room which unfortunately was opposite a very noisy bar and when requested to move were charged 35euro. They had previously requested a quiet room away from the bar area, which they did get. Not happy at them being charged for thus. I appreciate the notes was external and thus gas been a long term problem with the owner of the offending bar ignoring even police intervention according the the restaurant next door. (HAwai) which was excellent btw. Also a charge of 4euro for each beach towel and if you want a clean one gave to pay another 4e. I would have packed towels had I known this All in all a lovely stay. Pool lovely. Staff lovely. Cleanliness top notch. Bed really comfortable. But noise off putting as for a centrally located accommodation it’s actually very quiet.

Real home from home!
Amazing hotel. Could not wish for anything more. The facilities are fantastic from the appartments to the pool bar and gym, they even have air conditioned squash courts. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough to make your stay any better.

Lovely stay again
Just returned from another fabulous stay. We are now in double figures saying at this resort. Apartments are very well equipped and a lovely central location. The only issue during busy times would be the lack of sunbeds due to people reserving them and then not using them! There is a woman there who is supposed to be removing towels but she didn’t seem to be doing this when we were there.

The resort is very nice & clean & like that pool side sun beds were only opened at 9am & that the if you didn't use them after an hour the life guard could remove the towels. Sadly if you get a room at the front of the resort there is a bar/restaurant opposite that has well i can't call it entertainment more like someone who thinks he can sing & play guitar & starts about 8pm & goes on until past midnight & it get louder about 10pm. I can only say that he is RUBBISH repeating the same songs all night long & the same every night if i heard sweet Caroline & dexie,s Too-rye-ay once then i heard them100 time's amongst other songs that some time's were hard to understand as he didn't know the words along with the odd notes coming from his guitar so sadly have to say until they stop him from spoiling the whole street with his noise i won't be going back lol it was so bad that we wouldn't even eat in the restaurant beside the resort or any of the ones close by. Thats the only bad thing i can say about this resort.

We had a one bedroom apartment. The apartments are very well appointed with a large living area including the kitchen. There is even a dishwasher in the room! A TV in the living area and another in the bedroom. I really couldn't fault the apartment.
