The food was of poor quality, fried or boiled food really low quality. Beds were uncomfortable and the showers were a nightmare. No drinking water available one of the days

Not the best choice of hotel

8 nights half board stay from 25/03 to 03/04. Until April there was no animation at all, after that very poor. For the first time ever in my life I have been charged for a tap water in the restaurant and which is even worse the waiter even didn't told me that I should pay for a glass of water which I didn't touch at all. The hotel is on really high stip hill around 30 mins walking distance from the beach. I have 3-4 holidays during the year. Always stay in a 4 star hotels. From my experience until now this was worst 4 star hotel in my life. If I can say something good about the hotel I can mention the sun loungers which looked like new and actually were really comfortable

Rude, condescending and unhelpful reception staff (particularly the women working on Thursday 13 June at 9.45am) - unsafe (room safety is ill-maintained) no working locks on doors for solo travellers. Walls are paper thin you can hear other guests just talking in their room from your own. No gym as shown on photos, and no other activities. Food is bog standard. Beach towels and bath towels are thread bare. Hairdryer didn’t work and rooms very dated. Coffee machine is awful - had to go miles away for a decent drink which defeats the point of paying for half board. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so it was an expensive for what they offer - defo a 2 star not a 4 star as they state.

The staff seemed really unhappy to be there and the service was bad. There would be a a queue for a drink and the one person serving would walk off to go and clean tables. There’s only ever one bar open in the entire resort. This means that after 9.30pm if you want any drink (soft or alcoholic) you have to queue to get one from the top floor disco. This queue was a running home at the hotel as it was always about 50 people long at any one time. Only cheap wine available at lunch and dinner and no option of any drink other that the self service flat Pepsi machine. This was a cheap hotel with no frills - it was in no way possible a 4 star hotel. The area around is awful - nothing to walk too other than a pebbled beach with nothing on. Food pretty much stayed the same for the full week. One night they might add a beef stew or something. As a vegetarian the options were plain rice. Broccoli and carrots. Although the salad bar was okay, it very repetitive and had lots of flies on. This is a budget hotel (3 star at most). Positives were the room was cleaned well and I had a massage for 45 euro at the hotel which was very good.

la chambre était très bien , l'accueil ok mais seulement une personne parle le français à la réception !!! , les plats étaient bon , le bar une horreur avec les tables encombrées de verres des anglais , pas enlevées , et bien sûr les anglais avec le all inclusive qui boivent toute la journée et le soir ça crie jusqu'à minuit passée

Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Hotel 😊 Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen hat mir im Großen und ganzen auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Anfahrt ist ein bisschen schwierig, aber machbar. Alles in einem kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen und war sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt in einer super ruhigen Lage mit tollen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Das Personal ist absolut durchweg Freundlich und Hilfsbereit, egal ob es die Reinugungskräfte, Küchenpersonal, Portier oder die Barkeeper sind, allesamt immer gut gelaunt und haben merklich Spaß an der Arbeit. Die Animation bzw. Der Animateur hat auch immer neue Ideen und weiss es die Gäste zu unterhalten, man lernt schnell neue Leute kennen und es wird ganz bestimmt nicht langweilig. Das Essen, egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen, ist wirklich lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das einzige ist der „Nachmittagssnack“ dort stehen jeden Tag nur Burger und Hotdogs bereit, vielleicht könnten man da besser die Reste vom Mittagessen stehen lassen. Oder zumindest irgendwie Abwechslung schaffen. Aber das ist auch wirklich das einzige was mir leicht negativ aufgefallen war am gesamten Aufenthalt. Zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß, es stehen aber auch viele Elektroscooter von Bird in der Gegend herum. Man sollte sich aber um die Insel zu erkunden einen Mietwagen nehmen, da es landschaftlich eine traumhafte Insel ist, es gibt allerdings auch ausgezeichnet Busverbindungen. Zu empfehlen ist auch der im Nachbarort La Lajita liegende Zoo.

Kn Matas Blancas excellent séjour

Séjour en Solo pour profiter des spots de windsurfs qui sont exceptionnels à cette periode de l annee. L hotel est excellent rapport qualite prix. Nourriture et service exceptionnels. Personnel tres sympa en particulier Mamadou et Camara, respectivement à l accueil et côté cuisine. Bref à refaire.

Het hotel was mooi en goed onderhouden. Ontbijt was simpel maar goed, avondeten was niet zo denderend vrij eentonig en vaak hetzelfde. Wij gaan nog terug maar enkel met ontbijt. Voor de rest zeker een aanrader!
