This three-bedroom condo boasts a big living room with great views of the Telluride ski area. The cathedral ceilings and large windows are wonderful, and the big deck is a great bonus. The views from the deck and kitchen are to the east, at the big, beautiful end of the Telluride Valley. The kitchen is spacious and flows to the dining area and living room. The bedrooms are all tucked down the hall from the living room, offering lots of privacy. The owners upgraded this condo with all new beds, carpets, a kitchen table, a living room sofa, lighting, and a brand new 50" Vizio Smart TV in the living room. The master and second bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king. There are two bathrooms. Could not be easier. Plus, you get to stay in the town of Telluride and really enjoy the local restaurants, shops and history. We skied two days and walked around town the third--even took in an evening movie at the cute little theater in downtown Telluride. The condo was really spacious and we had no complaints. Lots of soap, detergent, shampoo, towels. We needed nothing at all. We loaded up on groceries on the way but the food in downtown Telluride is really awesome so need to cook. ##### Kristen M. Plenty of room for all of us. We really loved sitting outside on the outdoor patio daily and taking in the gorgeous view. This location couldn't be more perfect... you are right next to the river, very close to wonderful restaurants, and a few min from main street as well as the gondola. The only issue, which isn't a big deal, we ran into was that the dishwasher didn't work which we did not realize until our last day so we left a voicemail with the property manager. The check-in was very simple and we were able to easily walk around town and to lifts. The gondola isn't too far for a walk either but you can get to lift 7 with maybe 100 yard walk. ##### Todd L. It has a cozy kitchen with a dish washer and all appliances needed for preparing family dinner, a washer and dryer for mid week washing, and a gorgeous spacious living room with a view of the mountain! The 3 flights of stairs didn’t impair our coming and going. The access to lift 7 was great for our elementary age (all ski blues) kids and starting runs for the day. The access to green runs would make it easy for many variety skiers access to the lift. We came home by way of telluride trail every day. We had a nice path along the stream to walk to the large gondola (not so fun with gear) for days that start before 9 am (ski school). This is also ray location to enjoy walking to downtown telluride for eating out or shopping. I really like being on this side of the mountain. We had a great time! ##### Tiffini B. This property had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Lots of games to choose from and a nice free turkey left in the fridge to cook on Thanksgiving.
