The condo is directly next to the park where the fireworks show took place. The balcony allowed us to perfectly watch the fireworks without being in the crowd. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the needed cooking utensils. Although there is no air conditioning, we used the box fan with the windows and balcony door open, which cooled the condo well. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. The facility was very clean and provided a great atmosphere for a much-needed family getaway. Very clean and comfortable, with a great deck to sit and listen to the music and enjoy the AMAZING view. Within walking distance of a small grocery store, several restaurants, and the park.
