Only drawback that was relevant for us was that the gondalas/chondalas closes to the unit were not running in the off-season (labor day) so we were still driving distance from the mtn village gondal that was running and could take us into Telluride. There are some great ones, but there are also some not-so-great ones. So, I was thrilled to discover this place, which not only exceeded my expectations but is now among my top local favorites. First and foremost, the location is great--not only where it is in Mountain Village, but where the unit is situated in the building, on the end, which affords more privacy, better air flow (nice in summer), and a little view out into the aspens. As for the unit, it's clean, comfortable and roomy, and it actually feels like someone's home, which I love. A big bonus was how quick Victoria was on communication. This was a great experience for my family, from start to finish.
