Spring Creek Retreat: 4 bd/3bth at quiet base of ski area

Located in the Meadows area in the Mountain Village, the Spring Creek Retreat is a lovely get away for families or large parties. The spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is just a few blocks from the base of Lift 1 and Lift 10 for easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort. The perfect combination of cozy and convenience, the stand-alone home has ample parking in a priavate garage, a largefireplaceand private decks adding to the outdoor space experience. This home caters to skiers, hikers, bikers and golfers alike with all of these options right outside the front door! Stay and play!

The Space:
Light and bright! This home boasts a lovely common area with vaulted ceilings that includes a living room with a large fireplace, kitchen and dining area that makes for great group morning coffee sessions and post adventure dinners! The bedrooms are sectioned off to create a private space for guests as well. Guests have ample parking in the private driveway and garage. Enjoy the easy walking distance access to the gondola which will take you into the village core as well as the Town of Telluride.

The Neighborhood:
TheMeadows is a quiet area located at the base of chair 1 in the Mountain Village andis the perfect combination of access to skiing and hiking, as well as gondola access between the village and the Town of Telluride (winter only). There are several options to hike or walk into the village core area where you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants and the year round gondola station into downtown Telluride. Our guests also have access to the complimentary "Dial-a-Ride" program thatis a door-to-door car service that can take you anywhere in the village! Our local guidebook will also highlight great trails/day activities and restaurants for the evening hours.

Getting Around:
Guests will have access to Dial-a-ride door-to-door service, which can get them anywhere in the Mountain Village. And Uber in the Mountains. The gondola is also steps away for a 12-minute ride to the Town of Telluride. For those looking to earn your turns, there is an abundance of trails right outside your door that can take you all over the Village and into the Town of Telluride as well.

The house was the perfect size for our family trip of 7 adults, and the location was perfect!! We were a 5 minute drive from Mountain Village and a short walk to the ski lift!! We will definitely book this exact house again next year!!

great location for skiing

This home is located super close to the Chondola and lift 10 (sunshine express). The Dial a ride service was also a great amenity at this location. It's great for large groups with 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

Convenient and Lovely Stay!

Our group of 4 had a fantastic stay in Telluride! Very convenient to skiing, only a 7 minute walk to lift or you can take the dial a shuttle if you don’t want to break a sweat before the slopes 😂. Communication was great, check in was flawless, and super easy to get to mtn village center. You can almost ski all the way in if you cut off to the left before the base of the lift. Great property and would stay again!

Great Place in Telluride Mt Village

Great house in Telluride Mt Village. This is basically ski in ski out. The house has all the amenities you could want. Great garage setup for ski gear. The upstairs has a wonderful kitchen and dining room area for people to congregate. Loved Telluride and would definitely stay here again.

Fully stocked and perfect location

The house was a great space and in a great location, just downhill from the Chondola that takes you to Mountain Village. With a decent amount of snow on the roads we could pretty much ski back to the front door. We were especially pleased with the fully-stocked kitchen; my friends and I like to cook a nice meal on these trips and it had every kitchen tool you could ask for. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time. Easy to find, close to town center. House fantastic. Very comfortable. Clean. A welcome sign in the family room on our arrival along with a bottle of wine, beer, Bubly, and snacks. Couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend. Great location - a lot of stairs

Property was awesome. Would stay again. Very few things to criticize. Steps away to gondola is actually .25 miles. The morning up hill walk with skis & poles in ski boots wasn’t easy. Late afternoon return was a breeze as there is a ski path which leads right to building. Mgmt was very accommodating- loved the coffee & snacks.

Luke was great to deal with

The home was very nice and clean. The carpet on the stair from the entry was dirty but acceptable. Overall great stay. Had an issue pop up unrelated to our accommodations and Luke worked with me to help resolve by rescheduling part of our trip!!! Very much appreciated. I plan to return in the spring and plan to stay in the same place. Only negative was parking for our trailer but Luke helped us work that out too.

Nice accommodations and well stocked home

The home was great for our trip. It was nice to arrive and have a few snacks and drinks already there after our long drive. The house was very clean and was stocked with extra tp, paper towels and trash bags. They even had Windex to clean the countertops each night after dinner. It’s so frustrating to have to buy those things when you’re only staying a few days. The only inconvenience was the walk to the chondola. The road was pretty icy and was steep getting down to the main road. I know that was not at the hands of the host though. Overall, we were happy with our stay there.

Telluride Mtn Village Spring Creek

It was 3 stories (steep stairs). Sleeps about 8 people. The upper level (3 rd floor) had a great room layout with 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. The carpet was very dirty there were cob webs. A broken outlet cover and a bath tub that backed up. It had no views. Was advertised as having a large garage which was not large after rearranging boxes we got 2 vehicles to fit behind each other. No street parking just paid parking down the road if you have large vehicles. Construction next door. It accommodated our basic needs for 3 couples.

Great listing in Mountain Village!

We enjoyed our stay in the Spring Creek Retreat. The house was clean and came stocked with everything they we could have needed. Wasn’t the most convenient to the gondola but The Dial a ride shuttle made it super convenient to get around Mountain Village. Thank you Luke for a wonderful stay!

Adequate Accommodations for Large Group

The house is located a short walk from chondola, but icy road conditions made this a dangerous walk. The main living space is on the third level- MANY stairs ! The bunk room is not suitable for adults- beds are small and thin. This room also contains laundry- not ideal. Heat distribution needs attention. The house has a large garage with plenty of room for skis and a car. The kitchen area is large.I would rate property 6/10.
