A grocery store is only a block away but one has a 10 minute walk to get to the ski lifts and to the center of town for most restaurants. We didn’t cook while we were there but it was great having the fridge for beverages and the option to cook if we had wanted. The room was not cleaned when we first arrived but we were able to talk directly with the owner and he had the place cleaned within the hour. That said, we were unsure what all they did except change the sheets and give us new towels. Location is perfect as its close to town and we were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store in town. The grocery store is expensive but it did have all that we needed. Please know that the room does not have air conditioning. There is a fan but we were still warm at night. We appreciated the small kitchen. I need fresh air and there is a small deck but we did not receive sunlight either in the morning or at night.
