Very convenient. The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs going on which made for limited parking due to construction equipment. Also, the road to the property is blocked off and under construction so we had a tricky time on arrival. A heads up on that would have been appreciated This was the most reasonable place to stay for our dates in Telluride and we know why. Next time we’d choose another property ##### Suzy and Robert B. The property location was ideal. We could walk to restaurants and enjoyed the river trail right near the property. We had a short drive to beautiful hiking trails.
