This charming and updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm—just steps from Chairlift #7, the scenic San Miguel River Trail, and an easy walk into Telluride’s historic downtown.   
  
Spread over two levels, this thoughtfully designed corner unit is filled with natural light and boasts stunning views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. The entry-level floor features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and a second with two twin beds (can be converted to a king bed)—perfect for families or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms include large flat-screen TVs and a cozy mudroom nook with a washer/dryer combo adds convenience after a day on the slopes or trails.
