WHAT WE LOVE

\- Ski-in from Polar Queen Express or the bottom of Prospect Bowl down the service road to the back of the house.   
\- Ski-out and then walk across the street to Sundance Run.   
  
WHAT TO KNOW  
\- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  
\- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.  
\- The maximum number of cars at the property is 3\.   
\- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.   
\- Mountain Village's Dial-a-Ride is available to and from the home to the gondola.  
  
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING  
\- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.  
\- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.  
\- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.  
\- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.  
\- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
