The LIVING AREA is open and airy, with crisp, bright walls, bleached wood floors, and lots of large windows that allow the high-altitude Colorado sunshine to stream inside. The neutral putty-colored sofa is accented perfectly with bright blue armchairs while the large HDTV creates an ideal spot to kick back with your favorite TV show. There’s also a cozy DINING NOOK with seating for four. In the efficient KITCHEN area, white shaker cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops are highlighted with a classic penny tile backsplash. Premier Maytag appliances include a smooth-top electric range, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with vent hood. Bar stools are pulled up to the peninsula and provide casual seating for enjoying a glass of wine or an après-ski snack.
