Host didn’t communicate construction in area and correct parking issues. Also was unaware of laundry facilities on site, which were advertised on site. After I figured the parking and laundry, yes it’s in the building, unlocked first floor, parking lenient due to construction. Stay was off season…place is clean…no long hanging of clothes. There wasn’t any iron broom vacuum and the tea kettle was broken. All was replaced upon request. If any walking issues not a great place as only stairs which is typically in Telluride. Overall clean and decent location but be aware lots of construction in area. Would add I don’t believe the door to bathroom is ADA. Seemed very narrow. Thank you
