Welcome to enjoy Bear Lodge, a contemporary and classic luxury log home at easy ski-in/out access in Mountain Village.



This comfortable and updated 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom spacious log home in Mountain Village sits privately along Benchmark Dr, at easy, true ski-in/out access to Lower Galloping Goose. This home is close to all things outdoors - and a short drive (or Dial-a-Ride shuttle ride) to restaurants and shopping.



This home features a private hot tub, plenty of deck and patio space, private parking and unbeatable mountain views.



The main level of the home has an open floor plan and features a grandiose entrance, fully stocked chef's kitchen with Thermador oven range, Sub-Zero fridge and freezer and Bosch dishwasher. It also features additional fridge drawers and a trash compactor. The breakfast bar has seating for 3 guests.



This level also has a spacious dining table for 8 guests, a comfortable seating area with gas fireplace and deck space with a propane BBQ and mountain views everywhere.



Upstairs is the primary suite featuring a new and modern king bed, windows in every direction, flat screen TV and wooden desk. Just outside the primary is a large reading area with another wooden desk and seating.



The en suite primary bathroom has double sinks, jetted tub and steam shower.



On the downstairs level, there are 3 guest bedrooms, laundry room, plenty of patio access and a cozy game/seating area - perfect for a family gathering!



The Jr primary suite features a king bed, private patio entrance and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub and steam shower.



The guest bedroom next to it has a queen bed, private entrance off the hot tub and patio with seating and a gas heater. The en suite bathroom has a steam shower.



The last guest room on this level features two bunk beds; a double bunk and a twin bunk. The bathroom for this guest room is accessed just outside the guest room and features a shower/tub and double sinks.



This home features towels and linens at 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count 100% cotton or cotton sateen.



This level also has a comfortable seating area with an L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV, bar with wine fridge, sink and mini-fridge and a game table.



This level also has a spacious laundry room with 2 sets of stackable washers and dryers (2 washers and 2 dryers), perfect for your family vacation!

216 Benchmark

We had a great Spring Break at 216 Benchmark! The house is gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was super hot and felt great after skiing. Jenny was an amazing property manager to work with. Her communication was great and she was always available to answer my many questions! Our groceries were delivered perfectly and the kitchen was awesome! Our only complaint would be that this property claims to be “ski in and ski out”. While the property is located near a ski run, it is actually a difficult 50 yard hike to get to and from the run from the house! We called it “hike in and hike out” rather than “ski in and ski out”. Other than that issue, it’s an awesome place!
Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2025
