We had a great short stay. The room was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location, big rooms, friendly service, breakfast was great too. Top notch and highly recommended

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in room 210! The reception team is absolutely wonderful and exceptionally helpful. They accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out for me without any issues or hassle. Their hospitality made my trip so much better. Highly recommend this place, especially for the outstanding service at the front desk

Amazing hotel, very friendly hosts and staffs, best breakfast we had in Tbilisi, the salad is even better than the restaurant, unlimited coffee, great room, clean and great hot showef. We love Tbilisi view hotel

Excellent hotel and staff. Taking the working hotel to hotel gondola was a highlight with dinner on top. Ana at breakfast was the friendliest manager I have met. A credit to the hotel!

Great hotel, fab restaurants and lovely rooms. Very central

Location

This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived on an early flight and were greeted with coffee and pastries. The servers went to a great deal of trouble to find out exactly how we like our morning coffees and when we had to check out early, we were given food for our trip. The view of the city from the...

Very good

Well located property close to Freedom square .. we booked a suite for the family and it was really big and comfortable . They were very prompt with our tv not working and sorted it . Nice breakfast too . Would recommend it .

Shops close.. great wine shop really close

An absolutely beautiful property, fantastic rooms, and fantastic staff throughout. The food and drink were also great as was the service. The location was wonderful for me and am sure others will find the same. Great job, one visit, would love to return and will go as one of the top hotels I have stayed and I have been lucky to enjoy many in my years. Huge recommendation.

Very well located, the heart of the City is only a few minutes away. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. The Makmani had a boutique feel that means it stands out from the more established, but sometimes very “samey”hotel brands.

We really enjoyed our three night stay in this hotel, the room was quite spacious and breakfasts were the best we had in a two week stay in several places in Georgia. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We were on the second floor and had a partial city view- a room on the 3rd floor may offer a better view.

Owners super friendly and really try to make you feel at home. Prepared breakfast sandwiches for us night before as we had to leave very early. Room generally very nice with modern decor.

The hotel is incredible. The design aesthetic is second to none, and no expense has been spared to make this the perfect place to stay in Tbilisi. I have to make special mention for the hotel staff who were incredibly attentive and would put most 5 star hotels in other cities to shame. A final mention goes to the quality of the food which was incredible. I loved every moment of my stay here and would highly recommend it..!!

Overall was good. Rooms clean , staff friendly, breakfast could have been better but that wasn’t issue personally for me.

Clean, a big room which was soundproof, extremely comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Fabulously friendly reception staff. Great Sky bar with really attentive staff.
