Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The hotel is situated in one of the best location of the city, Marjanishvilli Square closer to the Metro station. The area is loaded with lot of good restaurants and very safe at any time of the day. There is a public park between the hotel and the street. So, if you are going by car or taxi, please call the reception so that they will open the gate for the car to go to the entrance of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The housekeeping, reception and the breakfast area personnel are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is amazing and loaded with lot of traditional Georgian cuisines as well as continental variety. The room rates are very reasonable for a good hotel like this. There were lots of water came and stayed there and they used a towel to clean toilet!
