"Staff and clean rooms"

"Breakfast was ideal. Not a typical full service hotel but the staff fulfilled our needs. The outside of the building is undergoing work and the area immediately inside the door is not what you’d expect. But don’t that deter you, the room is exceptionally clean and well laid out. The washroom is above average and the beds excellent. "

"This place was very outdated. The rooms had the bare minimal which made our stay very unenjoyable. The beds were uncomfortable and there was visible dust on everything, which makes you wonder how often they clean the place. Only one of the bedrooms had a TV, the other clearly had a connection for it but for some reason it was missing. Our room was also missing a hair dryer, and speaking to another guest, we found out they had one in their room. The staff wasn’t able to give us one since their hair dryers are supposedly wall-mounted. We also had an issue with the place’s location since it’s an 30 minute walk from any decent restaurants or stores and taking a taxi anywhere is going to cost a pretty penny. Overall a very frustrating experience. If you’re looking for a place to stay near Cevitavecchia port before going on a cruise there, avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel closer to port."

"Rooms were nice but the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was very good and staff were very attentive and friendly. I wood stay there again if cruising out of Civitavecchia. "

"The location was amazing. It was close to the train station, downtown, restaurants, cafes, laundromat. It was only a block from a waterfront boardwalk. The location allowed for an easy commute into Rome. The property was simple but well kept and suited my purposes"
