"A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away."

"Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. "Good clean room. Staff did a workaround we requested to make the double bed more like twin single beds. They also lent us the small scissors we asked for. The room had good acoustic isolation with the streets outside, as it managed to silence the noisy streets outside. Good air conditioning. Had a medium-sized safe that could hold a laptop but didn't have a frigobar. Spacious bathroom and shower box. Bidet with appropriate aiming. Very diverse and good quality breakfast. The internal areas of the hotel are well kept, cozy and decorated. Checkout at noon is great, as there are other places that say 11 or even 10 in the morning. There are also things you can buy in the reception, like various drinks, snacks, and electric gadgets. Location is great in the sense it is as close as it gets from the main train station from the city. Unfortunately, not the hotel's fault obviously, most of that central city region is a slum. "

"This place is not for anyone over 50. The location while close to train is frightening, very frightening. The rooftop is not open so no bar no breakfast no anything The room has nothing in it, no tissues no soap on tap, the pillows are non existent they are two pieces of hard foam. The beds are hard as bricks. It us not a place I can recommend but the staff tried their best and were cheerful and helpful but the hotel was beautiful 40 years ago but not now."

"This property is excellent, actually is the best of the best in the area that it’s situated. All amenities and all the staff is amazing 10/10. It’s just steps away from the Napoli CENTRALE Station which is the main reason we chose it. The only negative is the surrounding area in which is located which feels very unsafe, dirty and rundown."

"Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super."

" I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience."
