    Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a comfortable space to relax together and opens onto a private balcony where you can enjoy the Mount Maunganui sunshine.

    The master bedroom and a full bathroom are conveniently located on this level. Downstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom, providing privacy and flexibility for families or friends travelling together.

    The property includes a full kitchen, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Two off-street car parks and a secure gate provide added convenience.

Beautiful Mount home away from home

Fantastic three bedroom town house with amazing views of the Mount. Spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach, shops and cafes. A great family getaway.

Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely clean house, very close to the beach, shops and cafes, and yet very quiet. Good offroad parking. Excellent layout that worked well, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry downstairs and living area and main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Would definitely be keen to stay again.

Great location!

This is a great condo in the heart of a really fun area of Mount Maunganui. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, walking paths, or restaurants across the alley behind the condo. Parking is a premium in this area and it is pretty busy, so to be able to walk everywhere took away all of the stress of worrying where to park. There are so many fantastic restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the beach is beautiful. The condo is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do a load of laundry as we were nearing the end of our vacation. As this is close to a main area of shopping and restaurants, we could hear some noise at night from the bars (music, etc) but it did not bother us nor did it affect our ability to sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely area and would highly recommend this property!
