We could take our pet which was very nice. The lady at reception was a bit grumpy from day one. Did not feel too comfortable around her. The man was lively and the cleaning staff were nice. Location bit far from centre of things in Mt manganui. 5_10 mins drive to beach. Not walking distatnce. All ear8ng places are walking distance, so cant walk much.

Very close to shopping centre. The road outside is a motorway on ramp, so need to be careful if you have young children. Upstairs and downstairs rooms.

The accommodation suited our needs. We all had a bed each. Bathroom was spacious and towels were renewed every day. The owners were friendly, contacted me when we were late for check in. Overall it was a convenient stay, close to everything we needed.

Nice motel just situated off the busy road but no biggie. Also close to Bayfair Mall and other surrounding shops. Staff very friendly and accommodating and the room also spacious and having the luxury of a smart TV was a bonus as you can use your own device to stream your programs. Highly recommended and would stay again

The property was central for our needs and as comfortable as it could be given the furnishings... we would have liked a comfy chair or two but we sat on the bed to watch the news and that was fine - we made do....The service from the owners was amazing and we appreciated that and we had clean towels every day...

Super basic place if you need a place to crash. Unfortunately the spa bath didn’t work for our visit. It is close to the train line and highway so there is a bit of noise. Lovely people and clean place.

Fantastic stay with 3 young chicken in two bedroom unit. Very spacious, spa bath great with kids, no noise even at peak summer season. Air con would have been beneficial but was particularly muggy and fans available. Also some smoking areas on deck would be great if non smoking given we had to leave windows open at times. Will definitely return...well set up and comfortable stay!

Lady at check in was really nice and friendly. Room seemed quite clean, shower was good. We did not like the rodents running around in the ceiling which kept us up all night. If we didn’t have to be somewhere in the morning we would have packed up at 3am and left. We didn’t get any sleep. Reported it to the office and lady said she would let the owners know, I hope they sort it.

Clean and tidy but needs a bit of deco to look a bit more attractive. Spa was good. A lot of dead baby cockroaches in front of our two bedroom unit and a few live ones inside the bathroom. Not a gud experience with kids who do not like insects. Cigarette ashes on the corridor Infront of bedroom beside ours. Near by shopping mall which is handy.
