Suffice to say I would not stay here again. ##### Anna Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Jiangsheng 17 Dec 2024 The staff is not professional ##### Jiangsheng Stayed 1 night in Dec 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Jiangsheng 15 Dec 2024 The staff is not professional ##### Jiangsheng Stayed 1 night in Dec 2024 ### 6/10 Okay #### Jane 29 Jul 2024 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities No Sky TV bed not very comfortable ##### Jane Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### YOUNGA 21 Nov 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities スーペリア スタジオに３名で宿泊しました。 【部屋の設備について】 クイーンベッド１台とシングルベッド１台の部屋は綺麗でお洒落です。 シャワールームの水圧や温度調整などの具合も良く、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが置いてあり、試しに使ってみたらなかなか質が良かったです。アメニティにメイク落としがあるのも嬉しかったです。 キッチンには電気コンロ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ケトル、包丁、まな板、鍋、フライパン、トング、ポット、グラス、マグカップ、お皿、カトラリー、塩胡椒、パックのコーヒーや紅茶などがありました。 【立地と環境】 静かなエリアですが壁はあまり厚くないです。私たちが宿泊したときは特に問題なく静かな夜を過ごせました。 車で２分、歩いて１５分くらいの場所にレストランやショップが集まっているので立地が良いです。 【オプション】 駐車場、洗濯機、乾燥機が無料で使えます。 Wi-Fiも無料で提供されてますが、利用登録をレセプションに依頼する必要があります。 【チェックインとレセプション】 レセプションはありますが基本的に人がおらず、チェックインのやり方はメールで送られてきます。 私はメールに気付かず返信をしなかったので電話を貰い説明を受けました。 Wi-Fiの利用登録を依頼したり、質問があるときは電話かレセプションのドア前にあるインターフォン越しにスタッフさんと話すしかないので、英会話が多少はできないとちょっと辛いかも。 ただ、スタッフさんは根気よくこちらの要望や話を理解しようと頑張ってくれてたと思うので、多少は英会話ができる！という人はビビる必要はないです。 【余談】 チェックアウトをするとき、清掃スタッフの方が日本語で話しかけてくれました。 日本に住んでたことがあるそうで日本語がとても上手だったしとても感じの良い方で、またタウランガに行くときはここを利用したいなぁと思います。 ##### YOUNGA Stayed 1 night in Nov 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Maggie, Auckland 8 Jul 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Room was very clean and tidy.
