Cosy beachfront apartment

Apartment for rent in Tarifa with an outstanding location on the beachfront at Playa de Los Lances, in the renowned urbanization La Tortuga. In the summer months the communal swimming pool is open. In the immediate area there are various cafés and restaurants and the town centre with its large variety of restaurants is less than 10 minutes walk away. This cosy apartment is recommended for up to three adults, or two adults and two children, and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, lounge, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The furnished exterior terrace enjoys sea views and overlooks the pool, as well as the spectacular landscape of the Los Lances beach. This apartment is recommended for families and contains everything that is necessary to enjoy to the maximum your stay in Tarifa. Tarifa is an ideal year round holiday destination, its streets are always lively and in the surrounding area there are an abundance of outdoor activities to take part in

El apartamento necesita mejorar algunas cosas, la litera de la habitación es antigua y se oye muchísimo, es muy molesto , el baño tiene azulejos sin poner, la pila gotea agua tú el wc tambien... además de que el wc tiene una manchas que son desagradables (que ya no se quitan), hay algunos enchufes rotos, y para encender la tv tienes que enchufarlo a un alargador que va por el suelo y puedes pisarlo... creo que adaptándolo y mejorándolo un poco seria un alojamiento estupendo

La ubicación es perfecta, urbanización cuidada y el ambiente silencioso (excepto los tres días de concierto).Hay buena presión de agua para duchar,y los electrodomésticos bien. el abandono del apartamento : baño (lavabo pierde agua), puertas estropeadas por humedad, azulejos faltan,toldo (roto mecanismo), tendedero oxidado que estropea la ropa, jardinera con planta llena de bichos y que requiere una poda.Pero lo más importante para poder descansar bien , son los colchones el de matrimonio muy hundido , los de las literas los muelles se clavan y almohadas muy malas.
