We stayed for one night and it’s the most perfect location if you don’t have a long time in Taormina. The check in was very efficient and they called us beforehand to make sure our driver knew directions - when we arrived there was someone waiting for us before the road to the hotel (as its pedestrian only) they took our luggage and it was a premium service. Fantastic location right in the heart of Taormina. Stunning views of the sea from the room, breakfast room, drinks balcony. Hotel building is beautiful and the infinity pool is the gem of the hotel. Pricey, but worth it! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was out of this world.

We stayed here for a week at the end of June and would go back tomorrow if I could!
The hotel is in a great location with some fantastic views. We had booked a superior room with a view for a little extra and wasn't at all disappointed. Waking up in the morning to a view of the Greek amphitheatre and the sea on each site was well worth it.

To our surprise, on checking in we were given an upgrade to a junior suite at the Hotel Metropol. This is an exceptional property, very clean, beautiful architecture, unique setting and very friendly, helpful staff.

Great hotel with stunning views over the Aeonian Sea. There was a 5 minute shuttle bus in to the beautiful town of Tairmina or a 10 minute walk which we preferred, especially in the day when the park was open. The front desk staff were excellent and helped plan our days and made recommendations and reservations for some really excellent restaurants in the town.

A true gem of a hotel. The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rachel above all was superb and made our stay fantastic. Dinner recommendations was spectacular and the swim in the sea sublime thanks to the loungers reserved for us. A very positive experience and would highly recommend.

Taormina Park was beautiful. We had a stunning balcony and sea view, the room and facilities were gorgeous.
Breakfast was gorgeous with lots of choice. The pool area was pleasant and never too busy. There is one treadmill, one exercise bike one weights machine next to the pool - nothing fancy but nice if you want to start your day with a quick run to work off all the lovely food you've eaten the night before! :)
The wellbeing centre wasn't as good as hoped - there is a steam room, salt room,...

A great hotel with very friendly staff with the added bonus of a view of Etna from our balcony for my volcano obsessed son. Good food throughout the day and a decent pool. Beds were quite hard, which I thought would be a problem, but slept very well. Would recommend.

We booked this hotel because it was very reasonably priced. We had read some poor reviews and so were prepared for the worst - but we were so pleasantly surprised! The staff on reception were very pleasant indeed and upgraded us to a corner room with a sea view. Yes, the decor was a bit dated, but who’s looking at that when there are spectacular views of the sea, the town and the mountains?? The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The food was good - plenty of choice. The pool and...

We loved our stay at Donna Carmela, beautiful boutique hotel, no expense has been spared in making it as nice as possible. Staff were charming, and the off season prices were very reasonable. That part of Sicily is very built up but the hotel is an oasis of peace.
