Otherwise the room was fine - functional, neat and tidy without being a wow room - but that wasn't what we were looking for - it's not the sort of room you'd want to spend hours in (though we did have a drink one night and that went well) but the location of the hotel is its greatest selling point." I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to sleep on the Saturday night due to all of the noise by a group of young adults screaming and carrying on. As we had to leave by 4am the next day for a long travel home, we really were struggling to find anything good with our stay. We had stayed there a few times before but this is the last time we are going back.
