An excellent place to stay. Our hostess greeted us upon our arrival and invited us to contact her if we needed anything during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Great stay

Place was definitely great value. It was close to everything and clean. The only thing is and its not a complaint just informational, there is a barking dog and the alley is shared with others so if you want to sit at table and enjoy a coffee it really not possible.

My Tampa stay

The apartment was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean, great air conditioning, new bathroom, Good bed and TV. It was perfect for what I needed and the host of the property was one of the nicest women I’ve ever met. I highly recommend anybody staying here.

Nice, clean, exactly what I needed

Place was exactly as advertised. Was exactly what I needed for my quick visit to see my son at USF. Was clean, check in very simple, and communication very easy. Thank you Ms Edna for a great spot and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful little Gem

The best host/place I’ve stayed in

Edna was such a sweet heart! I traveled with my roommate and two dogs and when we arrived there were snacks and water along with a very clean spacious studio space waiting for us. We felt very safe in the home and it was located perfectly for us to be able to get pretty much everywhere we were going in under half an hour. Will most definitely be staying here again, we’re planning the trip now!!

Nice place

We spend 4 nights there and was very quite place, clean, and we walk our dog around the area. Host is very easy to communicate. Less than 30min from Bush Gardens. Recommended.

Second stay

Cosy place and comfy It got a bit cold our last two days and we had a heater that was to small to heat up the place but we were managed. Again it’s our second stay and we would rent it again.
