There were several issues that impacted our experience. We noticed roaches during our stay, which was unsettling, and the hot tub was in need of a thorough cleaning. The outdoor area was generally unkempt—leaves and landscaping looked neglected and could really use some upkeep.The grill wouldn’t light properly or heat evenly, which made cooking difficult. Inside, there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms, very few hangers, and not nearly enough paper products or garbage bags provided. For a group of ten, the dining table only seated six, and the stools at the counter were too short to be functional.Recreational amenities were also lacking—pool sticks didn’t have tips, and the fishing poles didn’t work.
