"A really old pub in a remote part of the Tamar Valley AONB with lots of character. The meal that we had was excellent and there was a good selection of wines to choose from. The accommodation was also excellent and way above what we were expecting for a B&B attached to a pub. The staff were very friendly and made us really welcome. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. "

"Set in a lovely position on the beach with beautiful walks along the coastal path. The staff are brilliant they can’t do enough for you a couple of hiccups were dealt with very quickly and professionally the breakfast’s were very good and Louise was great at looking after us. We were also treated to a session with local musician that come together regularly to practice. Massively talented musicians. "We had an excellent stay at the Turtley Corn Mill. We reserved the lakeside cottage, and it delivered a wholesome, serene and exquisite experience of a kind not easily found in the UK. "Can't fault this lovely place. Warm, traditional, cosy, clean, comfortable, great evening meal, excellent beer, really good breakfast and lovely, friendly hosts. "

"Fantastic friendly service. Big bedroom and bathroom, all very clean. The only slight criticisms would be that the curtains are white and very thin so the room was very light from 5:30am making it hard to sleep. There was also no mirror in the room however front desk staff quickly rectified this by allowing us to take the mirror hung in the corridor, I would recommend leaving that mirror in the room (Room 2). Overall an excellent two night stay."
