"The property was very quaint and the room extremely comfortable and the food was lovely unfortunately the staff were incredibly rude and inhospitable which was very disappointing as they seem to be the owners. I would stay there again to try it one more time as the property itself was lovely and great location."

"Check-in was easy. Everything was exactly as described.The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs.As we had 4 kids of various ages staying, being able to make breakfast, dinners & snacks was great. The place was clean with added bonus touches. Beds were very comfy.Red Gum provided a great base to come back and relax after a day of activities. Would stay again. "

"We had the most fantastic stay at Jesse’s mountain house. It is more like a home than a house, with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is breathtaking, super clean with comfy beds and the house is even better than it looks in the photos. We couldn’t fault it and can’t wait to go back! "

"Truely stunning home catered for 5 women easily. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms a complete kitchen with every amenity need. Stunning views of Tamborine Mountain down to the Gold Coast from the wrap around verandah. Spotlessly clean gas fire place picturesque gardens with he list goes on. We would definitely recommend Cloud9 for a most relaxing and peaceful retreat."
