The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The receptionist was very kind and held my booking after my flight was delayed for 24 hrs.
As i was there for 12 days, all my linen and bedding were changed midway through. Received a text to let me know when they would change them.

Our boys (age 5 and 2) loved this place! The pool with the slide was a big hit (quite cold but it is April), splash park, mini golf and so many activities for them to enjoy. The cabin we stayed in (superior garden villa) was comfortable and clean. I would probably opt for one of the fancier villas next time as the kitchens looked larger. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

Blown away with the size of it! We got a free upgrade on arrival (probably due to staying in a couple of Meriton hotels on our trip). Our room was the full length of the block with a balcony on either side. Had its on chill out room as well as living area, dining area and kitchen. 3 TVs for the 2 of us and enough space to swing a herd of cats. Great place and would definitely stay again

Ideal spot for a relaxing stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Restaurants and cafes at Chirn Park are excellent albeit 20 minute walk. Restaurants and Cafes at Broadwater and near Aqua Building are very good and only 10 minute walk. Extended our stay for an extra 2 weeks

I dont normally write review but this place certainly deserves a great review. I have two small dogs, dont shed hair, it is not easy finding places to stay. However here was amazing, every details thought of, couch cover, bowls for dogs, clean up stuff (if required). So was great for me as a dog owner but really thoughtful for guests who may come without dogs after me. Each bed side has usb slots and power slots, very convenient. Great hotel with great breakfast buffet, so much choice.
Location was perfect 10 mins walk to beach and tram stop opposite hotel. 2 small pools either side of hotel so always having sunshine!
Only issue was our toilet didnt flush properly, mentioned it to reception who sent a plumber out straight away but after he had gone still didn't flush properly! But all in all would definitely stay again and would recommend.
