The building and surrounds are charming, clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food and bar are well stocked and delicious. The pool did have some leaves and debris at the bottom but was beautifully cold on a hot day. The town of Tamborine is a short walk with lots to see and experience. We love the lounge and dining area and the food is wonderful. Being a heritage property, the constant upkeep and costs of maintance/replacement would be considerable and the owners are doing their best. There is work to be done but it does not detract from the experience of staying here.
