Cosy hostel with friendly, home-like vibe

A small but cosy hostel that is a 10 minute walk from the beach, shop, restaurants and pubs. There is free pizza on Tuesdays and bbq on Saturdays. The staff is always friendly and the vibe makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay again the next time I visit the Gold Coast.

Friendly people, facilities good, got pool, kitchen area maintenance well, Air conditioning in room, parking outside alright, off street parking okay, cleaners are doing the good job, the management maintained the bathroom area as well, 8mins from shops, good value

According to the signs on the walls, there is a no-noise policy after 11pm. Clearly no one enforces this as there was a group of about 10 people drinking, shouting, nd playing super loud music until about 3am in the garden area which was right outside my room. They completely ignored me when i asked them to be quiet. The staff i met seemed to not care about their guests at all as none of them smiled. Honestly don't stay here if you actually want to sleep... it's one of the noisiest hostels I've ever stayed at!
