You have a small co-op shop and a fantastic pub, as well as a 12th century church with one of the oldest living tree in the world. 25 minutes by car from Conway, it is close enough, but away from busy touristic town, with plenty of walks to do around and places to go. "Really well decorated and maintained property. Christmas tree and hamper a lovely seasonal touch. Very accommodatimg host who agreed to a later check out time without additional charge. Only issues were some noise from neighbours upstairs (which is often the case in houses converted into flats) and whilst the flat was generally very clean some vacuuming had been missed when it had last been cleaned."

"Very remote, which was both good and bad. Good as really felt away from it all, and therefore very relaxing, but access was by a steep dirt track and really only suitable for 4x4 vehicles. The property is very large and spacious, well equipped kitchen (only thing missing was a corkscrew!) with nice comfy beds and a very large garden. "Just returned from a short break up in north Wales having stayed at Tŷ Tabitha Wynne. The communication up to and during the stay was great from Fliss and we felt very welcome upon arrival. The house has had a lot of love put into it and it’s great that the original features and building methods have been preserved. The house is well equipped and cosy.
