The room was very clean, signs of wear and tear, there was a lot of blue bottles in the room so couldn’t open the windows once disposed of the blue bottles in property and TV didn’t work so we couldn’t watch it whilst getting ready/relaxing in the morning

The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out.
Convenient location.
This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc.
A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.
