This charming, Victorian, detached property, set in a 1½-acre private garden, overlooks the sunken garden and pond, said to have been designed by Capability Brown. Set on the owner’s private estate, it is surrounded by parkland which has stunning views over the Clwydian Range. Golf, fishing and horse riding are all available a short stroll away. St Asaph, which is famous for its tiny cathedral, shops, inns and award winning restaurants, just 2 miles away. Visitors are spoilt for sightseeing choices as the property is situated midway between the historic city of Chester and Llandudno, with glorious sandy beaches just 6 miles away and it is an easy drive to Snowdonia National Park.
