The room was clean and the most important thing of all, the bathroom is huge and perfect for the private hot spring! It would be nice if they could provide thicker towels but other than that, it's perfect for a peaceful stay with lots of hot spring sessions.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely hotel. Near tourist attractions. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Helped to find and print bus route for my day trip to Xiaoyewkeng. Room has private bath for hotspring.

Wonderful hotel for enjoying the Beitou hot sulphur springs experience. Modern Japanese style rooms have views overlooking Beitou Park. Hotel hot pools were elegant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast tasty. Short 5 minute walk to Thermal Valley, Hot Springs Museum, and Beitou Library. Best part is the large sulphur spring bath in each room.

Great little hotel

This is a lovely hotel right on the hot springs creek in Beitou. The bed is comfortable, room is slightly small but great for a solo traveler. Has a huge wonderful bathing room. Staff was kind and breakfast was good. Not a buffet but good choice of Asia or western plate. It also has a very nice lounging area. The toilet room has clear glass walls so be aware of that. It’s in a quiet area just steps from the Beitou Park.

Cleanliness : All the stuff in the hotel is tidy Ease of visit : We didn’t drive and it was very easy for us to explore around as the location of the hotel is not far away from the city, just around 10 minutes walk. Food : Tasty breakfast Service : The staff was nice

I am sure will come back to stay again:)

Room is nice and cleaned.Perfect for solo, may be a bit small for couple, I liked the shower size most. I should mentioned that the front desk staffs are super great, they gave services whenever you needed. Breakfasts are almost the same everyday, they provide Western and Chinese styles, so don't miss it.

Customer service literally don’t exist and reception service and staff were not proactive.However,the breakfast was decent and kitchen staff are really polite and provide good service.In any case,I won’t stay here again because it isn’t cheap yet service and experience is not matching to its price
